1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Achieva website and learning service operated by Achieva (Pty) Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational service
Achieva provides study support and does not replace a school, teacher or official examination authority. We cannot guarantee a particular exam result.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate details, keep account access secure and use Achieva only for lawful personal or authorised school learning. Content may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.
4. Achieva Guarantee
To qualify, a learner must complete at least 80% of the available video lessons and attempt every eligible past paper walkthrough in their subscription period. The learner’s final NSC Mathematics mark must not improve from their June examination mark.
A claim must include the learner’s June report and official final NSC results, and must be submitted to [ACHIEVA EMAIL] within [CLAIM PERIOD]. If approved, Achieva refunds only the learner’s final month of subscription. The guarantee does not cover school fees, data, devices, missed exams or other costs. Achieva may verify documents and reject incomplete, altered or fraudulent claims.
5. Payments and cancellation
Launch prices, billing dates, cancellation rules and refund timing will be confirmed before paid subscriptions open. The guarantee above is separate from any rights available under South African consumer law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Achieva available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity or events outside our control may interrupt access. Offline features require a successful initial sync.
